Tui, Kereru, Quail .....
There is nothing quite like waking up to bird song, and we get to do this every day. The morning chorus of voices, help me emerge from my slumber and get to appreciate the day, even before I have opened up my eyes.
Karapiro is not too far from Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari, a mainland ecological island, definitely something to put on your "to do" list, if you have not done this before.
Again, we are so lucky to have this on our doorstep!
